岗位职责：
1、物流规划与管理： 负责制定和优化物流流程，包括进出口物流规划，确保物流操作的高效性和准确性。 Responsible for developing and optimizing logistics processes, including import and export logistics planning, to ensure efficient and accurate logistics operations. 
2、团队领导与培训： 领导物流团队，确保团队成员明确了解工作目标和职责，包括进出口物流操作。 Lead the logistics team, ensuring team members clearly understand work objectives and responsibilities, including import and export logistics operations. 
3、库存管理： 监控库存水平，确保库存与销售预测相匹配，避免过度库存或缺货，特别是在进出口环节中。 Monitor inventory levels to ensure they match sales forecasts, avoiding overstock or stockouts, especially in import and export processes. 
4、运输管理： 管理运输资源，包括选择合适的运输方式和供应商，特别是对于国际运输和多式联运。 Manage transportation resources, including selecting the appropriate modes of transport and suppliers, especially for international transport and multimodal transport.
5、客户服务： 与客户沟通，了解客户需求，提供包括进出口在内的物流解决方案。 Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide logistics solutions, including import and export. 
6、风险管理： 识别和评估物流过程中的潜在风险，制定相应的预防和应对措施，特别是在进出口环节中。 Identify and assess potential risks in the logistics process, and develop corresponding prevention and response measures, especially in import and export processes. 
7、信息系统管理： 管理和维护物流信息系统，确保信息流的顺畅和数据的准确性，包括进出口物流信息管理。 Manage and maintain the logistics information system to ensure smooth information flow and data accuracy, including import and export logistics information management. 
8、合规与安全： 确保所有物流操作符合法律法规和公司政策，特别是在进出口环节中。 Ensure all logistics operations comply with laws, regulations, and company policies, especially in import and export processes. 
9、报告与分析： 定期准备物流报告，包括成本分析、效率分析和改进建议，特别是进出口物流成本分析。 Regularly prepare logistics reports, including cost analysis, efficiency analysis, and suggestions for improvement, especially for import and export logistics costs. 
10、进出口物流管理： 负责进出口物流许可证制度的执行，确保企业具备从事进出口物流业务的资质。 Responsible for the implementation of the import and export logistics licensing system, ensuring the enterprise has the qualifications to engage in import and export logistics business.

任职条件： 
1、物流、供应链管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
2、至少3年以上物流管理工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先，特别是在进出口物流领域。
At least 3 years of logistics management experience, with team management experience preferred, especially in the field of import and export logistics.
3、熟悉物流行业的***实践和最新趋势，包括国际贸易法律法规。
Familiar with the best practices and latest trends in the logistics industry, including international trade laws and regulations.
4、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
5、能够承受工作压力，具备解决问题的能力。
Ability to withstand work pressure and problem-solving skills.
6、熟练使用物流管理软件和办公软件。
Proficient in logistics management software and office software.
